In turn, we help clients facilitate conversations that lead to making informed decisions about the right retirement village that will meet your needs and requirements. We engage in open dialogue and lend our experience and expertise to support your chosen course of action.
1. Initially, we’ll have a face-to-face consultation with the client to learn about their unique needs and preferences so we can recommend an appropriate retirement village to consider.
2. We will conduct research into available choices that best meet clients future requirements. Village community facilities & amenities as well as location, costs and availability are all considered.
3. After reviewing, we report back to our clients and make recommendations which we believe best fit the criteria you set. So are you ready to begin your next step journey?
4. We then schedule onsite visits to retirement communities with the client. We attend with our clients ensuring you are supported throughout and guided as you embark on your next steps.
5. We manage the client's visit with the facility's representative and we’re present during the inspection of all available options.
6. We can make things easier by asking pertinent questions and drawing attention to features that will help the client decide whether or not the space is a good fit.
7. We discuss the findings from the facility tours with you. The aim is to objectively review what the client experienced, and talk about how their wants and needs are met.
